This site, jamessabata.com, is run by Sabataj Studios, LLC (James Sabata). The short version: the site doesn't use tracking cookies or analytics, doesn't have accounts or sign-ups, and doesn't sell or share any personal information.
Nothing is collected by the site itself. There are no analytics or advertising scripts, and no cookies are set when you browse.
The contact form doesn't send anything to a server. When you press Submit, it opens a pre-filled message in your own email app, addressed to jamessabata@gmail.com. Nothing is sent until you send that email yourself. If you do, we'll use your name, email address, and message only to read and reply to you.
The Audio Narration page shows thumbnails of videos hosted on YouTube. Nothing is requested from YouTube until you press play. After that, the video loads from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), and YouTube's own privacy policy applies to that playback.
The site links to other places, including Amazon, convention websites, Pros At Cons, and other projects. Those sites have their own privacy practices that we don't control.
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
If this changes — for example, if we add analytics — this page will be updated with a new date before it takes effect.
